The Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) is the central component of the liquid cooling system, responsible for efficiently distributing the cooling medium to meet high-density heat loads. It ensures stable operation by incorporating precision monitoring and support devices. The CDU on the secondary side of the heat exchange unit is primarily utilized for controlling heat exchange in liquid cooling heat sink systems.
This comprehensive system includes a frequency conversion circulating pump, plate heat exchanger, electric control valve, temperature and pressure sensors, filters, an expansion tank, and a flow meter. It is pre-installed and factory-tested to significantly reduce on-site installation complexity.

Through cutting-edge design, this CDU enhances the reliability of water-cooled cabinets. It features six channels linking the main pipeline to the water separator, utilizing high-grade clamps and rubber hoses to eliminate installation errors.
The system utilizes multi-stage centrifugal pumps to ensure a smooth, reliable coolant flow. An integrated expansion tank compensates for temperature fluctuations, maintaining consistent pressure levels across the entire system.
To ensure system purity and prevent cavitation, an automatic air vent valve is positioned on the main pipeline to eliminate non-condensable gases, while a 150μm precision filter preserves the quality of the coolant.
