Container modular building is constructed from high-quality container van modules. The standard size is 3m×6m, developed from basic standard shipping container house designs. This modern modular construction method allows for rapid deployment without the need for traditional scaffolding or brick-by-brick labor.

Our galvanized corner columns feature a 2.3mm thickness. The surface is machine-spray treated after repeated polishing for double anti-corrosion protection.

Composed of 16 floor purlins (increased quantity for better weight bearing), 18mm fireproof MGO board, and durable PVC floor leather. This ensures stability even for heavy usage such as bunk beds.

A unique 4-part system: steel ceiling + roof purlins + glass wool insulation + roof steel sheet. Includes 4 large water gutters and internal drainpipes in each column for efficient rainwater management.

Units are delivered in bulk packaging. A single 40ft shipping container can load 10~12 sets of our standard container houses. Every component is labeled and organized to prevent collision damage during transit.
Our modular system is designed for ease of assembly. Even inexperienced workers can successfully install a unit using our comprehensive guides:
