The H20 Timber Beam Formwork System is a reliable ally for concrete wall and slab projects. This robust combination of timber beams, steel walers, and plywood panels guarantees flawless finishes and precise formations with high reusability. Its easy assembly and versatility cater to diverse architectural designs, perfect for residential, commercial, and infrastructure builds. Experience unmatched strength, flexibility, and load-bearing capability for swift, cost-efficient construction.

Arrange walers as per the drawing on the platform. Mark positions and draw diagonal lines. Make sure the diagonals formed by any two walers are equal to ensure a perfect rectangular frame.

Position a timber beam at each waler end as indicated in the drawing. Secure with flange clamps. Connect beam ends with a thin benchmark line to align other beams, ensuring they are parallel and clamped securely.
Attach lifting hooks as per technical drawings. Use clamps on both sides at the hook point, ensuring extreme tightness for safety during crane operations.

Trim the plywood panel according to the project specifications and secure it firmly to the timber beams using specialized self-tapping screws.
| Component | Function Description |
