💡
From an investment perspective, letting employees rest well is the cheapest investment. Only when the body and mind are rested can they be better invested in work. Investors aim to use the least investment to get the most efficient results.
This design is a very common and classic prefab labor camp. The span of the house is 5K (9.26 meters in length). Each dormitory is 2k*2k, providing an area of 13.25 square meters that can comfortably fit 2-3 beds.
The building features a centralized entrance with public toilets located on both sides. The roof includes a closed corridor to ensure a private living environment. Regardless of wind or rain, workers are protected from harsh external environments. The public corridor in the middle also serves as a space for social interaction and relaxation.

Exterior Design: Both sides feature windows for ventilation, while the main entrance is positioned inside the building for security and weather protection.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How to install the houses on site?
We offer three methods: 1. Manuals with photos, drawings, and videos for local installation (93% of clients use this). 2. On-site guidance or installation teams (for orders over 100,000 USD). 3. Training your technicians at our facility.
Q2: What are the advantages of prefab houses?
They are recyclable (easy to disassemble and move), low cost compared to traditional buildings, quick to install (a 6-person team can install 150 sq.m per day), and safe (resistant to 7-grade earthquakes and 100km/h winds).
Q3: How to maintain a prefab house?
Avoid structural changes like cutting walls or removing screws after installation. We recommend re-painting every 1-2 years to extend service life and maintain aesthetics. Avoid tying wires directly to the structure to prevent electric shock risks.
Q4: How many floors can be built with K-style prefab houses?
Usually 1 or 2 floors. A maximum of 3 floors is possible. For buildings exceeding 3 floors, we recommend a T-house design supported by H-shape steel.
Q5: What are the material options for thermal insulation?
We offer four options: EPS sandwich panel, glass wool sandwich panel, rock wool sandwich panel, and PU (polyurethane) sandwich panel.
Q6: How to prepare the foundation?
We provide detailed foundation drawings. Typically, the K-style house requires a strip foundation.
